Touchtronic

Introduced as an alternative to the standard six-speed manual gearbox, DBS customers will now be afforded the option of the ‘Touchtronic 2’ six-speed automatic transmission. Derived from the same ZF transaxle unit that was developed for the DB9, the system has been substantially re-engineered to accommodate the power and performance characteristics of the DBS.
The DBS Touchtronic transmission features a final drive ratio shortened from 3.15:1 to 3.46:1, aiding quicker acceleration times and an improved performance feel. Additionally, changes to the gearbox calibration aid more aggressive gear shifts and greater usability, while retaining the performance potential of the manual gear box – matching the 0-60mph (0-100km/h) time of 4.3 seconds. System functionality is consistent with that on the DB9, with ‘Park’, ‘Reverse’, ‘Neutral’ and ‘Drive’ modes selected via facia mounted controls.

Chocolate Temptation

2:12 AM
Granted, when a girl uses the word “sweet” to describe a guy, it can sometimes be the kiss of death. Sometimes, though, sweet is exactly what she wants.

It’s a well-known fact: Everyone is crazy about chocolate. So crazy, that according to Surveys, 96% of Americans spend more than $7 billion every year on the sweet stuff. Holiday months are no exception. This month marks the holiday known as “Sweetest Day,” and it’s all about celebrating the sweet tooth in all of us. Some may think chocolate obsession is a bit overrated, but when the girl in your life (or the one you want in your life) feeds her cravings, it only makes u feel like a million bucks. I name this 'Chocolate Temptation '.

Chocolate contains 'phenylethylamine', which creates feelings of positive energy that are said to mimic those of falling in love. Plus, some studies show that the tryptophan in chocolate also ups serotonin levels in the brain, which will fill us with feelings of happiness. Here’s why this matters! 'Chocolate Temptation '... Physiologically, chocolate is a mood-booster.

'Chocolate Temptation' for me like i dip a fork into a piece of chocolate cake and then close my eyes and smile when i takes that first bite.. Being around 'Chocolate Temptation ' makes me dining at Oaxacan Mexican restaurant for some savory mole sauce, which contains an astonishing 30 or more ingredients, including chocolate!

The one you’d call pretty and sweet. The one 'Chocolate Temptation' And by choosing to give her gifts that symbolize just how sweet i think she is, I'm getting some serious brownie points for the future. So I'll be the man on Sweetest Day and show her how delectable I can be.

S T Y L E_I C O N... (Will Smith)

3:16 PM

He's A Style Icon

Although most well known as an actor and rapper as well as a film, television and music producer, Will Smith could easily add style guru to his impressive resume. Whether he’s at a film premiere or just out and about with his family, the man always manages to look incredible. Indeed, it may be because his style is so effortless that he is one of Hollywood’s most stylish men. That, plus the fact that he seems to have understood the most fundamental style rule: Create a style that defines you.

Even in his younger days as the Fresh Prince, Will Smith followed this principle, positioning himself as a funky, laid-back guy by donning a baseball cap sideways and mismatching graphic print shirts with multicolored neon shorts and jackets worn inside out. Once he grew up and moved away from these wacky stylings, the multitalented star adopted a more sophisticated and classy approach to dressing.

As the world’s biggest movie star, he plays the part, frequently suiting up for his premieres in sleek dark suits that show off his toned, lean body as well as adding a key piece or two of high-end jewelry. What keeps the star’s red-carpet look from getting boring, however, is that he’s not afraid to wear patterns and color. In his downtime, you’ll catch Will Smith sporting sunglasses, a variety of hats, leather jackets, fitted V-neck shirts and sweaters, and one of his favorite combinations -- jeans with a funky jacket or blazer.

Dressing The Smith Way...

When he’s not wearing a designer suit to the opening of his latest blockbuster, you’ll often catch Will Smith pairing jeans with a light-colored blazer or jacket in hues ranging from white to tan to silvery gray. You, too, can up your style quotient just like this fashion icon simply by throwing a blazer or fitted jacket over the more casual pieces in your closet.

This slick blazer will help you emulate Will Smith’s elegant but relaxed look and will become your go-to piece when you need to be impeccable in seconds flat. Don’t stop there, though. Remember that Will Smith never shies away from wearing unexpected colors or patterns, and this opal-colored blazer that is not quite white and not quite gray provides a fantastic backdrop on which to experiment.

So, have some fun like this style icon and try an unusual tie or a pastel shirt. If pale shades are just not your thing, take another styling tip from Will Smith and try teaming a boldly striped blue dress shirt with your blazer and jeans for a cutting-edge look.

Status Is Something, We Can't Buy It....

When we talk about status, we don't mean privilege or wealth. The way you project your status has very little to do with how rich your family is or how much of a snob you can manage to act like.

1. Own a personal space. -The space around you belongs to you, and you should try your best to indicate that you're comfortable and at home in it.

2. Maintain a strong posture. -Look at your profile in the mirror frequently enough and you'll get the hang of maximizing the height you have to work with.

3. Understand eye contact. - We don't want you to stare down everyone you meet, but one of the most blatant indicators of submissiveness you can give is to immediately break eye contact and look down after meeting someone's gaze.

4. Always be the best- dressed guy in the room. -Often the very first thing people will notice about you is how you're dressed, and if they immediately disapprove of what they see, none of this other body language is going to be much help.

5. Speak clearly and directly. -People who display a high status with their speech know their business, and they speak directly about it. They're not unnecessarily angry or arrogant, but they are direct.

6. Be above conflict. -Even resoundingly winning an argument isn't always the best way to look like you're on top of things -- sometimes it's more effective to be above those arguments entirely.

7. Maintain stillness. -Picture a guy in a hot, uncomfortable suit, waiting for someone who's 20 minutes late, and then avoid every single thing that guy does. Touching your hands, touching your face, repeatedly checking the time, or almost anything else that isn't a deliberate, conscious movement makes you seem uncertain and out of your element.

8. Direct conversations. -Monopolizing conversations is unwise, and acting like a self-involved jerk is absolutely not what we're gotta do. Our apparent status is enhanced if you seem more engaged when speaking than when listening.

9. Don't be an easy read. -Don't sacrifice sociability for status, but if you can keep your reactions a little muted, you'll seem more sophisticated and in charge than a guy who appears astonished by everything he hears.

10. Don't get too personal. -Treating your friends like vague strangers is certainly not the goal here, but when you are dealing with people you don't know well, sharing too much personal information and diminishes you. So, most likely show you're sociable and friendly, but be aware of their effects, because in a situation where the status you're projecting is especially important, they will matter.

  • Status is about self-worth, not material worth.
  • Status symbols can change.
  • Status requires everyone's participation
  • Wealth without class is likely to reveal our lack of status rather than obscure it.

Def Style's 10 ways to Improve Appearances.

3:51 PM

What's the easiest way to look like $1 million?

10.Shine your shoes

  • Nothing can ruin an otherwise fantastic ensemble faster than a pair of dirty shoes, so once every couple of weeks, take a quick glance at your shoes to determine their scuff factor.

9.Part your hair

  • Parting your hair signifies a certain level of pride in your appearance and is universally flattering when done correctly.

8.Wear dress shoes

  • Particularly if your footwear of choice for daytime is sneakers, switching things up and donning dress shoes will really make you stand out. Slipping on some dress shoes will result in a more professional, gentlemanly look, making you more popular both with your boss and the ladies.

7.Use fabric softener

  • A surprisingly versatile product, fabric softener sheets not only make your clothes more touchably soft than using detergent alone, it also gives them a long-lasting scent of clean and even help repel unwanted lint and hair from your clothes.

6.Wear a shirt with a V-neck

  • V-necks draw the eye upward, the emphasis is on your face so that you're at your most handsome no matter what your body type.

5.Iron your clothes

  • It's a shame how many men regularly wear wrinkled clothing. Sure, it takes a couple of hours out of your schedule to properly iron your clothes each week and dress shirts can be particularly tricky, but the payoff is worth it as it will take your appearance from sloppy to polished.

4.Pluck stray hairs

  • Getting rid of unsightly hairs on and around your face is a quick way to enhance your appearance. Women, especially, will appreciate your effort as obvious nose and ear hairs are a major turnoff to them.

3.Stand up straight

  • Proper posture improves your appearance in so many ways. Not only does it make you look taller, it also pulls in your belly so that your stomach is more taught and your body seems leaner. Additionally, you come off as more confident when you stand up straight.

2.Smile

  • It's seems so simple, but putting a smile on your face will completely revolutionize how others interact with you.

1.Throw on a blazer

  • There are some pieces of clothing that instantly make you look and feel more classy and confident, and a blazer is one of them. No matter what you're wearing, a blazer will take your ensemble to the next level, even if you're just dashing out to buy beer at the convenience store. What's more, a blazer's structured style means you also appear more dominant, which will score you points at work and in your social life.

Napoleon's word for Def Style

1:34 AM

“There is one kind of robber whom the law does not strike at, and who steals what is most precious to men: time.” by Napoleon

Whether you’re trying to claim world domination or simply take a road trip with your loved one, just know the greatest enemy of those plans is time.

Life is short, unpredictable and you’re only given a small window of opportunity to complete your aspirations.

Constant procrastination and indecisiveness is a sure way to be robbed of them. So quit putting off that coup d'état, and get your act together.

T R U S T... What a Word!

5:22 AM
The word is overused, misunderstood and abused to the point that it is almost worthless.

Trust, to me, is a simple matter. It boils down to a pure essence, one that smells nothing like a rat. Trust is just a series of repeat visits that coincide with the expectations of the truster, such that the truster doesn't have to be breathing down the other person's neck eight days a week. Trust is being where you’re supposed to be, when you're supposed to be, doing what you said you would do.

Trust is difficult to gain, but much more easily lost and almost impossible to win back. It can be lost through no fault of your own, such as by miscommunication or by bad timing. Another way to lose it is by getting sloppy and letting the quality of your work slide.

Every person has the right to do what makes them happy and having a social life should not shake the foundation of your relationship. If he is going to cheat, he doesn't need to go to a bar to do so...or staying out late and if he didn't love you, he would just be single!

Oftentimes, your own insecurities and mistrust may be triggered by past experiences and not necessarily your significant other. If your love is strong and you are willing, discuss the boundaries you need to have in order to feel secure, and mutually create how you want the relationship to work with regards to socializing.

It's time we got control of our emotions. This fear is caused by our subconscious mind and can be changed once we discover what it is that's haunting us and making us feel so insecure if and when he goes out. If you can't trust him, then your relationship will never be a good one. Learn to let go of your fears or you may end up losing him for good.

Learn to Trust

Conglomerate of Def Style

4:05 PM
Def Style Marketing, more importantly, play the attention of producing and increasingly focused on the environmental impact of new technology. Indeed, the new frontier of technology should be capable to progressively address its consequent effects on human reproduction in relation to the biosphere.

Industrialization dramatically and unevenly transformed world society, altering technological patterns and work processes of postindustrial ways of life. This socio-technological revolution changed how households dealt with food provision, clothing, cleaning and medical care. In a word, it affected the basic elements of human reproduction.

“That's very kind of you, darling,” her boyfriend replied: “but I don't have any worries or troubles.”

“Well, that's because we aren't married yet.”

Nobody to Somebody

10:43 PM
Start small, move up the ladder

Nobody has patience anymore. It's no longer just about instant gratification, it's about instant gratification that someone else works for on your behalf. You can almost never amount to anything in life or appreciate what it is to be a somebody unless you start off as a nobody. So, here i am;  my voyage and my experiences. I've learned and still learning.

Get money

Buy your way into being important. The more money you have, the more people want to be with you. Go figure. There is nothing like walking into a place and saying: "I need to spend a lot of money" to get you noticed. But this is fleeting importance, and having cash isn't enough to make you a permanent somebody.

Have street cred

In my line of work, once you are made or even if you are associated with a family you are a somebody. Having a reputation on the street helps, how you go about it is a whole other article.

Make a big move

There is nothing like a big move to get you noticed. Whether it's a big heist, a large merger or an important speech, you can climb up the significance ladder pretty quickly by doing something that will be archived in the history books.

Be an expert

Everyone always needs the opinion of other people. Even I can admit when i don't know anything, i have to call someone to tell me what that is. But when I call, I want to call the best because I know the best knows what he is doing and how he can help me before I even open my mouth. It's not enough to be an authority on something -- you have to be the authority to get recognized. So instead of being satisfied as a regular lawyer, accountant, computer geek, whatever, be the best in your field. Have some trait that is exclusive to you and don't be a generic idiot like most people.

Take risks

This is hit and miss, but in life, certain risks pay off. There are too many examples of things you can do, so I'm not going to waste my time listing them.

Have a spiel

You want to get noticed? You want to stand out from the crowd? Have some unique "thing" people remember you by. It could be a unique look (none of that earring or dyed-hair crap, though), a unique way of talking, a smirk, a gesture, whatever. Have something that makes you different, an original spiel that's your calling card. Like if you live in Kedah, be a stylish guy with  different hair, and you'll stand out among the typical people all around you. Throw in a British accent or something for good measure. The point is to be quirky, be eccentric, have a presence, but don't look like a fool.

Have a lady with significance

It's amazing what having the right woman on your arm can do for you. Have a classy, sophisticated, cultured woman whose self-confidence makes your own back straighten up and you will win by association. After all, the latter kind of lady is in high demand; if she is with you, then it means you got something, kid, that others don't.

Talk to people

Being connected doesn't hurt. The more people you know, the more people you have conversations with, the more you can open doors for yourself or others. Don't be a Rolodex whore who collects business cards like a bum collects tin cans, but be someone who talks to people with a hidden agenda and stays in touch. A rainmaker of sorts. Be the guy who gets things done. Be Joe, the guy who knows this guy or that guy. That sort of thing.

Have power

This is the most obvious way to become a somebody . But accumulating power isn't straightforward. Having a position that inherently has power attached to it is the easiest way to go. Being the CEO of a company(ultimate goal of mine), a big-shot consultant, a mayor of a major town, a college dean, the boss of a Family, a bank manager, whatever, all of that helps. But you already have to be a somebody to get to those positions. So place yourself in positions where you can wield power and influence, and the rest will inevitably follow.

In the end, being a somebody isn't all it's cracked up to be (people always want a piece of you, and you become a bigger target for your enemies), but it doesn't suck. Especially when you don't have to pretend you're some neurosurgeon anymore.

Watch your backs and keep your noses clean.

Joke of the Day

12:00 AM

Old Mother

A 65-year-old woman has a baby. All her relatives come to visit and meet the newest member of their family. When they ask to see the baby, the 65-year-old mother says: "Soon."

A little later they ask to see the baby again. Again the mother says: "Soon."

Finally they say: "When can we see the baby?"

And the mother says: "When the baby cries."

"Why do we have to wait until the baby cries?" they asked.

The new mother says: "I forgot where I put it."

Def Style's Charismatic Manliness

2:44 AM
Charismatic is the word! When most guys think about being charismatic, they think about what they need to say to impress a women, a boss or even a client. Besides, body language is just as important, if not more so! Our mouth isn’t the only part of your body that talks. In fact, all those sounds that come out of our face may not mean nearly as much as the signals we send with the rest of our body. Like our posture, facial expression. and hand gestures. Even that thing we do with our eyebrows when we’re nervous. Guys need to think about the messages their body language is sending because all of these things communicate information to other people.

Wearing the right kind of clothes and taking care of our hair and skin will give us confidence, and we’ll project that confidence immediately upon walking into the room! Projecting positive body language starts long before we walk out the door.

We have to complete an effective use of social contact. We should constantly patting people on the back and enthusiastically shaking hands. This radiates positive energy. We don’t want to be touchy-feely guy, but don’t hesitate to shake hands or pat someone's back for a job well done.

A smile might say more about us than just about any other aspect of our body language. When onlookers see us smiling, they instantly know that we’re comfortable, relaxed and having fun. A million-dollar smile. It’s warm and infectious. That’s charisma.

Standing up straight is another essential element of good body language.Guys who stand tall look like winners! So, just keep our shoulders back and our chin up.

Another important element of charismatic body language is keeping our body open. Essentially, that just means we don’t want to put objects in between us and other people. For instance, don’t stand facing the bar, stand facing away from the bar. Give people the opportunity to come up and meet us. Don’t cross our arms.. try not to hold our drink out in front of our chest. There’s something subtly defensive about these postures.

Avoiding eye contact makes us look shifty or painfully shy. Charismatic guys are confident and comfortable carrying on a conversation. So look others in the eye, especially women, they often list “eyes” as one of the most attractive male characteristics.

Whatever the occasion, we should never looks out of place, never overdressed, never underdressed. Adjust
our clothing to set the tone.

Body language speaks a thousand words.

Traits Of A Great Girlfriend...

4:24 PM
I must admit that playing the field is a whole lot of fun, but so is being in a serious relationship,  provided that it's with the right woman. But how do you know if she really is the right woman for you? The right women should possesses the following 10 traits...

Number 10
She's independent

No one wants a girlfriend they have to baby-sit. Once in a while, like if she's had a rough day at work, it's great to be her shoulder to cry on, but if she can't seem to function without me and is constantly after me, she will eventually make me feel like i'ma suffocatin', which is a surefire way to get me runnin' out the nearest exit. Ahha..

On the other hand, if she has her very own personality and opinions, can stand on her own two feet, both financially and emotionally, and is able to enjoy time away from me -- while still missing me, of course -- then she must be a great girlfriend.

Number 9
She's intelligent

I hate to be the one to tell her this, but the bimbo routine gets real old, real fast. A woman who can meet me at an intellectual level is a total turn-on. Instead of being the one in total control, i'll find maself tryin' to figure out what she's really thinking behind those glazed eyes of hers -- or if she's actually thinking at all.

An intelligent woman will constantly surprise me and keep me on ma toes. She won't let me get bored of her. Besides, it's nice to have something to talk about between all that chandelier-hanging sex. ahha.

Number 8
She's sexual

While we're on the topic, a great girlfriend has to be sexually compatible with me. For instance, if i'm into S&M and she's more the "fluffy lingerie" type, that's a problem. The two of us have to be on the same page, or at least, she has to be willing to wear leather and use a whip from time to time. ahha...

Of course, this doesn't imply that she has to know all the right moves straight away; it simply means that me and her have an undeniable attraction towards each other, and are able to communicate my desires verbally (or with physical cues). It is important that we please each other in the bedroom, or on top of the dryer, whatever the case may be. She is Totally Sexual. Trust m

Number 7
She's beautiful

I know, this one is kind of obvious, but important nonetheless. A great girlfriend will not only want to look good for me, but also for herself. She should always look her best and be well put together, matching lingerie is a definite plus!
I have to be proud to have her on ma arm and enjoy the sight of her in any light. And this doesn't mean that she has to be a Heidi Klum clone. Remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so if i think her full bottom or uncontrollable curls are beautiful, i'm allowed.

Number 6
She respects me

This is a biggie. Ma woman must respect me. This means that she listens to me, even if she doesn't necessarily agree with what i'm sayin'. And, of course, she never tries to demean or belittle me in any way, shape, or form.

A great girlfriend won't ever cause scenes in public or in front of my friends and family, and will always wait to discuss matters with me in private. If she respects me, chances are that she will behave in a tactful and diplomatic manner in most situations, which is definitely a good thing.

Number 5
She lets me be a man

Do not! I repeat! do not get involved with a woman who tries to get me to eat cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast and insists that me give up poker night with the guys. i will end up resentin' her more than i can imagine. A good girlfriend lets me be a guy in all ma glory. If she's a great girlfriend, she'll even bring me and ma buddies a couple of drinks and make me some of her famous sandwiches.

She has to understand that men and women are different and should allow me to be marself. Just like i wouldn't deprive her of going shopping with her best girlfriend, she shouldn't expect me to give up the guys for her.

Number 4
She's nag-less

There is nothing worse than a nag! A great girlfriend knows this and chooses her battles wisely. She knows when to speak-up and when to let it slide. i don't want a girlfriend who will give me the heights of hell for leaving a couple of dishes in the sink occasionally.

However, if i live together and i stay out all night without calling her, and she lets me have it, then i'm setting maself up for disaster. This is a situation that nobody would let slide! not even a great girlfriend.

Number 3
She gets along with friends & family

A great girlfriend will not only help ma mom in the kitchen, listen to ma dad's stories, and hang out with ma friends, she will enjoy it. She'll make a real effort to get to know and love the most important people in ma life. And she won't try to get me to ditch ma best buds.

She'll actually empathize with ma sister's getting dumped and suggest that we guys take her out to cheer her up. Not only that, but ma friends won't roll their eyes and moan when i mention that she'll be joining we guys when she gets off work (yes, women like this do exist).

Number 2
She loves me

If i have found a woman who loves me for who i am really are and not who i pretend or try to be sometimes, i should definitely hang on to her. A woman who doesn't try to change me, is hard to find. Of course, everyone has their slightly annoying habits that their mate has to contend with, but if she really loves me, she will be able to cope with these.

But if a surprise visit or phone call from you makes her light up, there's no denying that she loves you.

Number 1
She makes me want to be a better man

Any man who has a great girlfriend or wife will tell me that she makes him want to be a better man. She doesn't have to say or do anything; it just is that way. If i suddenly feel bad about how i treated ma sister or find maself trying to get ma finances in order, i might want to think about ma motivation for doing so. It could be love.

I already have her?

This list seems to describe ma current flame.. I'm the "King Prayer"..
